We finally got word that she arrived safe and sound in the form of a brief note from Allison mailed on July 12th: Dear Family, I arrived here safe and happy at 11 a.m. The food is delicious (don't worry, Dad, not as good as yours) and I love my companion, Sister Brinkerhoff. She's going to San Bernardino too! I love the gospel and love you all! Love, Sister Mills

I love the name of your blog for Sister Mills! I know she'll really enjoy her time at the MTC. So glad you were able to hear from her so quickly.

Sister Allison Mills

Beginning July 11, 2012, Sister Mills will be serving as a full-time missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the California San Bernardino Mission for 18 months. After three weeks of training in the Missionary Training Center in Provo, Utah, she will arrive in her mission, ready and eager to share her testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ wherever she is sent. This blog is an effort to keep her family and many friends apprised of her efforts and experiences while in the mission field.
